Deliveries 

All our Products are lovingly wrapped and packed here at Chiray so we know they will reach you in good condition. We use local and national Courier services to get your orders to you as economically as possible. We have strived to keep our product costs down, to give the best value for quality we can. Our delivery charges have not been hidden in inflated product costs. 

We calculate your shipping costs including the combined weight of products + packaging.

 

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not included in any delivery estimations. Purchases completed after 12pm on Friday may not be shipped till the following Monday/ next working day.

 

FREE Local Collections

We are offering a Free local Collection service. Please call or email to arrange a time and date for collection.

 

Collection points

We will also be offering collection points in the Poole and Bournemouth areas, customers should make themselves aware of the opening times so as not to be disappointed!

Arrangements should always be confirmed before collections can be made. Payment must be processed through PayPal before any goods can be dispatched/collected.

 

Returns & Refunds Policy 

 

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of any item within seven working days from the day after the date the item is delivered. Please check your goods upon receipt. In the unlikely event that your order is not complete, isn’t in excellent condition or is not what you ordered, you must notify us by phone or email at info@chiray.co.uk, within 7 days of receipt and we will replace faulty or missing items only.

Items must be returned using recorded or registered delivery and the costs of return postage and packaging are the customer's responsibility in accordance with distance selling regulations. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. Package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us so that we receive it (in good condition) within 7 working days of the day after your delivery arrives. For your own protection,(and peace of mind) we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery like the many reliable(and cheap)national couriers available in your area. As soon as we receive your returned goods, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item or items.

Unfortunately, personalised products made up to a customer's specification or products that have been opened or products removed from their original packaging cannot be returned and we are unable to except returns or refunds. This is in accordance with distance selling regulations.
